  • Originally wanted to be a professional volleyball player and had even thought of becoming a member for Brazilian team, Sogipa.
  • Speaks Portuguese as her native language, as well as English as her second language.

  • Was a figure skating competitor and won several trophies when she was younger.

  • Attended the University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB) for one year as an Art History major.
  • Attended UCLA for a short period of time. She chose to pursue an acting career in lieu of the completion of her studies towards a bachelors degree. Her father, William Locklear, has served in various UCLA high-level administrative positions (Registrar, Director of the Office of Residential Life, etc.).
